What is it?
The Rural and Remote Homelessness funding stream provides project funding to any community in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), outside of the Designated Community of St. John’s, NL, regardless of the size of the community.
The goal is to create partnerships with local groups and organizations to help prevent and reduce homelessness in rural and remote communities across Newfoundland and Labrador.

When is it?
The Reaching Home Rural and Remote NL Program call for applications is now open for the 2027/2028 funding year. Applications must be received by no later than January 28, 2027.
