What is it?
The Rural and Remote Homelessness funding stream provides project funding to any community in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), outside of the Designated Community of St. John’s, NL, regardless of the size of the community.
The goal is to create partnerships with local groups and organizations to help prevent and reduce homelessness in rural and remote communities across Newfoundland and Labrador.

When is it?
The Reaching Home Rural and Remote NL Program call for applications has closed for the 2026/2027 funding year. Please check back this fall (2026) for information on future rounds.
